First time seeking help

This post is slightly off topic but I’m struggling to find somewhere to get advice on ADD/ADHD in adults. Advice I’ve found generally has been insightful and a huge help so far but practical advice concerning dealing with and coping on a personal level with adult ADHD, such as creating reward systems (certainly in this case at least where the adult reacts in the extreme to the faintest suggestion of unacceptable behaviour or what to do), seems to be harder to find. I really thank you for any pointers anyone can give me for the sake of a more stable (otherwise harmonious) home life. Thank you. x
