Hi there,

I uploaded a video on my ADHD youtube channel where I discuss the role and importance of food and nutrition for those of us with ADHD, along with providing info on what foods to avoid and what you might want to start eating. I also discuss physiological issues that can occur when our diet is unhealthy. These range from inflammation, leaky gut, heavy metal toxins, issues with the cmt gene, etc.

Youtube username- "wilhelm the esoteric", and the video is titled "ADHD Food and Nutrition", incase you're interested (Links are also in under my bio section on here). Hope this helps.
