Have you heard of Accentrate? Its availablae in the US and its a natural adhd med option. They also have MZI which has Magnesium, Zinc, and Iron.

Hello, do you have personal experience with the accentrate sup? I Am wondering, as I have the same question of any good natural supplements for ADHD, my son struggles but the medication has too many side effects and didn’t benefit enough to choose to stay on

My son has been on it for almost two years. Hes 13 now. Its has been a big difference for him. My 6yo, husband, me, and of course the 13 year old takes the MZI. I don't have ADHD but I know people often are deficient in Magnesium and Iron. I don't have knowledge of Zinc but I think it can combat colds and stuff and I we ALLLLLL need that now.

Thanks for the insight. I am going to give it a try for sure as we are home and I can maybe see how it works with him

, although I read it takes a bout 60 days to fully see an improvement

It took about four months for me. But the changes happen so gradual that its hard to notice. Someone else pointed how much he had changed since they saw him last and it kind of woke me up to its effectiveness. Now he takes it everyday indefinitely. He still has ADHD moments but its a ton better.
