Are children really little plant that need good sunshine? Some interesting research points to strong sunshine as a possible preventative factor in either developing ADHD or a possible approach to reducing ADHD symptoms.

I absolutely agree and so do our pediatrician and therapist and our teachers. We also supplement with daily Vit D
