Apps for mental health

I wanted to share that I heard there are apps that you can download for one-on-on counseling ( you are matched with a person who you are able to connect with on your device) Talkspace.

Also Calm (helps with breathing, sleeping and relaxation) another one is Headspace which has with helping to keep calm and reduce stress.

I think this is a great way to help people on an individual way that is very private. Another one is Moodpath- it has 150 videos and psychological exercises to help you understand your mood and strengthen your mental health.

I hope people who need help will try them. I am sure there are more, these are just a few.

Take Care

Awesome - thanks! We’ve used Headspace in the past., and my son enjoys it.

Also, for a free app with some mindfulness activities, we mostly use GoNoodle. It’s probably not as comprehensive as Headspace, but it’s free, kid-friendly and the kids can use it on Apple TV instead of asking for my phone.
