I highly recommend reading “Super-parenting for ADD” by Hallowell and Jenson. Hallowell’s strength-based approach has been a lifesaver for me personally (as the mom of an ADHD son). I love his podcasts as well.

Thanks! I haven’t gotten to check much of Hallowell’s stuff yet, but he’s on my list. I feel I’m in the middle of about 20 books right now. Lol!

Thanks for info about his podcasts. And I’m hoping I can find the book in an audio version. Driving to and from work is sometimes the only time I have to myself, so things I can listen to while I drive are super helpful.

Yes! I wish our library had more of these titles in audiobook format. It would speed the reading process. 😊
