Hi, I’m new too. My son has ADHD and has behavioral issues mostly with impulse control, lashing out and can’t stay focused. I agree, it can feel pretty alienating. Right now I’m debating on whether or not to medicate.
I’m sorry you are feeling this way . It is hard to deal with all that .... but you are not alone . There is so much ressources out there . I personally read a lot on additudemag.com
My son goes to therapy once a week and I do to . He is 10 now , it’s much better now that he is taking meds also. Remember that your child want to be good .
You do the right thing to come on this site
