Hey Everyone;

I have a 4 year old Son and an 11 month old Daughter. On Fri my Son was dx with ADHD. I’m looking for resources and supports, ideas and techniques to try. My Son has a very difficult time being redirected, is inattentive, restless and does not sleep well. I’d love your thoughts on ways to increase concentration and ways to put fun and structure into our days. How do you guys do play dates? Thanks in advance!
