Omega 3, as far as I know, only comes from fish oil. If the oil comes from a type of fish with scales, would that be sufficiently kosher for you? I'm pretty sure the following brand I recommend comes from scaled fish.

I'm a fan of a liquid/paste brand called Coromega: amazon.com/Coromega-Omega-3...

The link above contains a full ingredient list.

The orange flavor is best. Because it's not in a capsule, there's no gelatin coating to worry about. It's also mercury free (very important according to my son's prescriber.) It's not cheap, but my boy was OK with the flavor & I take it too. I am not Jewish; therefore I only know some details of what kosher entails, but perhaps this can help.

There are some companies, like BlueBonnet. Having a hard time finding a vegan kosher one, but originally, the fish get their omega 3's from eating algae, and it accumulates in them. So omega 3's are really from algae.

I found one that is kosher and vegan, but it has added vitamin e, which isn't good to take as a supplement. Better to get that from foods, but it would be good take an omega supplement as vegetarians/ vegans definitely. Check out my favorite website, nutritionfacts.org for vegan living :) best website, it has all of the nutrition info available basically, organized into videos and articles. Also, this website: veganhealth.org/

AMAZON!!! super easy you can even read testimonies from others who used it before you buy it, comes right to your front door and if you have Prime its free shipping. Well I guess now you can just go to whole foods since Amazon owns that too lol but online you can find different prices.
