ADHD Is Strong In This Family

Hi! ADHD, it’s symptoms and treatment options seem to consume so much of our home life. I have ADHD (diagnosed at 30 yrs), my husband has ADHD (diagnosed 3 months after me) and our 7 yr old daughter has ADHD. The past 4 years have been extremely overwhelming and very challenging as we’ve had to learn how ADHD effects each of us and learn (unlearn) behaviors and coping techniques.

Lately, our focus has been on our daughter and how to help her in school and in her daily interactions with other kids. I probably won’t post much, but I have been ready Post’s and all the helpful responses.
