Mom of 4 needing help!

Hello everyone I am a mom of 4 ramnging from 10 y/o to 2 months old. Me second born who is 9 is diagnosed with ADHD he is on medications but from a year ago he has been having anger issues, which I dont know how to handle and neither does his dad so I'm here hoping to get input, advice on what to do and how to deal with it. TIA.

Hugs for you. I don't know what kind of medications you all use but my daughter expresses anger before her stimulant is given and after it wears off. We have added a non-stimulant to her meds and they build up support in her system - meaning she gets more 24/7 support and not just the in and out effect. She is very angry quickly when she needs to perform tasks and struggles as compared to when she has her medication support. Our children want to do everything they need to and they struggle at no fault of their own. I wish you all the best!

I would like to suggest something called, "Love and Logic." There are many books about it and I use it with my ADHD daughter and my kindergarten classroom. It has worked wonders and definitely worth the price. May I suggest that? It truly has been my saving grace!

It is a book. It is a big set of books and audio CD's as well. I can not tell you how amazing this has been for myself and in my classroom. I will gladly get you specifics if you are interested. It is something that must be implemented properly to work and used consistently.

Wonderful. All my information is currently at my place of employment. Please allow me 24 hours and I will respond with that information. It even works well on my high school son who is not ADHD but is ODD. Children who have no known diagnoses can benefit as well.
