Hello ! My name is Namzug2 I have been effected by ADHD. Undiagnosed in the 1950s. I feel more alone than ever. I Joined this site to get support. There is no Adhders adult .

In case you were not aware, CHADD has a page for adults with ADHD (chadd.org/understanding-adh.... They have a list of more local resources here (chadd.org/Support/Directory.... I don't know what might be in your area, but in my area I found a listing for a group that does monthly meetings of adults with ADHD for support purposes.

Thank You Watewyck The group in my area is no longer happening. I will contact Chadd.
