Our friends were leaving NC yesterday on the Balmoral bound for Norway & the Northern Lights. So we were back to the Marina to wave them off. We arrived earlier & went for a wonderful walk around the harbour & up into a little park. Lots of uphill & steps to challenge dizzy Lizzy but with the help of hubby I did it. Yay!! It was dark before the ship sailed. However it was unusually mild so we were able to enjoy fish & chips on a bench in the fresh evening air, until the horn was blowing and she left in a blaze of glory.
