HI, I have done the 5 days at 30 mins again this week 🥂

I am still tweaking it to find different ways to keep it fresh, so i can swap it round.

I think the Sanson walk is good for me. because of the other muscles used along with just straight walking, I don't need a lot of space, but also I can do it at home, because my walking time is before daylight, so not good to be out alone round here!

Having said that, I now know the sort of moves that are needed, so I have made a 30mins you tube mix up of music that works best for me and just did my own steps and moves as the mood took me today and it was good. 🚀

I sometimes put the video on but play my own songs, just to make it different. Also I use hand weights for some of the moves. As you say, it’s good to mix it up and keep it fresh 😊
