Chronic Body pain

I’ve had this now for 6 years. I have a number of illnesses but whatever pain medication I take I can’t shift the pain

I recently was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and given 50 much of levothyroxine per day however my pain has increased again. It seems to take away the effect of my pain medication and also my vitamin d has been stopped by my doctor and I think this depletion is making things worse

Does anybody know about thyroxine and it’s effects on pain and also Vit D too?
