Hi everyone, I’m a chronic pain sufferer which a lot of the time feels soooo hopeless! (I’m sure the majority of you know the feeling 🙄) so I was hoping since this community has pain in common we could all add a comment with ANY tips, tricks, advice or methods of pain relief! What type of pain do you have??

I have a bit of everything but mainly constant chronic nerve pain from multiple surgeries for scoliosis xx

That is a massive advert. You get your money back (apparently) if it does not give 'Temporary relief of minor aches and pains in muscles and joints' after six months. Hmm. How long is temporary and what is minor?

Might be worth asking your gp for a medication review if what you’re on isn’t work? Thought about guided meditation? Maybe a thing to take the edge off.

Yeah I’m actually about to start reducing the dosage of my meds to hopefully stop overflowing my pain receptors with too high of a dose. The theory is the less I take the better they’ll work 🤔 kinda nervous but has to be done. Thank you so much for your message! Xx
