I had my first Oxford jab yesterday at 10 a.m. I was ok all day but by 10 p.m. I was feeling cold and shivery and I could feel my heart thumping. I went to bed early but couldn't settle and still felt cold even in bed. This carried on till 2 a.m. When all of a sudden the thumping stopped and I slept through till 7.30 a.m. I was advised to have the Oxford jab because of my general allergic background (now aged 84). Happy days!

Had my Oxford jab Saturday at 3.00pm. I had the same reaction as you in the night. Couldn't get warm and Couldn't stop shaking/shivering. Eventually went back to sleep and been fine since .
