I had radiation treatment about 12 years ago, recently I've been getting the burning pain in the back of my head where the AN is. Is this something to be concerned with?

Usually, burning pain in the back of the head is caused by the cerebellum overworking, trying to coordinate your somatosensory system as usual, but failing because it is getting false information from the AN inner ear. But this usually happens after surgery, not 12 years later. Are you experiencing balance problems now? If not, you might have a regrowth of your AN and should get it checked out. If you are having balance problems, it could be your cerebellum causing your pain. It also causes static in your head, as does the tinnitus, causing memory loss. If a cerebellum problem, you can do exercises that reset your cerebellum; see the following link:
