Acoustic neuroma growth after gamma knife

I've had gamma knife 16 moths ago for acoustic neuroma lm feeling quite good but my last scan showed that tumour had increased by 5 mm It is now 2.4 cm rounded in shape Had anyone this experience lm hoping it is pseudoprogression rather than
