Sleepwalking as a side effect?

Hi there,

I am 34 and have a medium sized acoustic neuroma scheduled for surgery. Only had issues for the last 8 months (reduced hearing, tinnitus etc) but suffered from very bad sleepwalking since I was ~9 years old. As these tumours are very, very slow growing (max 2mm per year) it could easily have been there since then.

Has anyone else suffered sleep walking issues alongside their tumour?

I haven't had any similar symptoms or read of any such accounts, even on the well-populated ANA website. But I acknowledge that doesn't mean it can't happen.

Hi sorry I have no symptoms of sleep walking, and not seen any mentioned. Do you belong to the closed group on Facebook, there a lot of people on there that it maybe worth mentioning.
