I just don't understand why i cant just say it and just tell them whats been going on. I mean whats the harm in them knowing right ??? like my mum i should tell her but i don't trust her in keeping it within herself.

seems like you are keeping a LOT bottled up inside. honestly, never in my life have i felt better than by speaking up about something rather than keeping it inside me. think about it.... you'll feel much less alone.
