- What tests (if any) did you undergo to confirm your depression?

- What specialist (if any) did you have to consult to confirm your diagnosis?

No tests at first, My GP diagnosed by questioning me.

Eventually I got so bad, after so many different medications, that I saw a psychiatrist, who gave me a questionnaire, that seemed to contain hundreds of questions, it was very hard to do, as I was so down.

I believe it was a personality and degree of and type of depression questionnaire, reactive or habitual?
