So lost my car keys while on a run,had a big family problem & then had to stop my pain meds as been put on a antidepressant that doesn't work the pain killers. But if I don't re start I'm going to give it up! So if I can't manage to run the 90 seconds,is it ok to fast walk the last 20 or so??
