Trembling permanently!

Obviously my situation is rubbish at the moment but any tips on how to stop your body constantly shaking.. I’m struggling when I’m out not to let people see my hand shaking and inside it feels like I’m im stood on moving ground and my legs want to buckle.. any advice please . Thank you all and hope you’re all doing ok xx

just read cut back on nicotine caffeine get 7 hours sleep at least no alcohol or not to much reducing medication if its ongoing eat foods rich in vitamin b1 and exercise.if it prolongs then go to your gp but hopefully it stops.

Have ur Vit B checked.Thats an easy fix.. but maybe a complete CBC to see if u have other stuff going on that may give better clarity.
