Do I had a friend who turns out to be fake , she’s completely ruined my birthday by deciding that , that was the time to ignore and sever our relationship by not acknowledging it , full stop !
I’ve recently been coming off anti anxiety medication and this has set me back .. I’ve managed to sort out a date to discuss what’s happening with her .. but not sure how to tackle it .. it’s made me anxious and set off nerves . Any advice please?

Hi 1973m,
I don't want to give advice because I feel like I don't know your whole situation and I don't want to give the wrong advice.
But all I can say is, when I have trouble with someone I write it out on a piece of paper, I then go over it a day later so I have calmed down from writing like mad and make it more about how I felt and not direct any blame. Then I give them the piece of paper and they can read everything that I've wanted to say without the chance of interruption in the middle of a conversation.
And also, that's such a shit thing to happen near or on your birthday!
Thank you .i pretty much did that writing definitely helps .. it’s been addressed and hopefully in time I’ll move on , not sure I can’t forgive or forget in a hurry tho .
It's understand to feel the way you do but for a friend to do this is clearly no real friend at all...I would go with what Hidden said and go from there write down what you need to and then I'd look out for you after this with you coming off your pills concentrate on getting yourself back on track
