Help please

Been feeling really rubbish the last few days, but felt the worst today, saw my Counsellor this morning so could be a reason why. But really feel stuck, I just want this all to stop and see no way out!!

I am sorry to hear you are finding things difficult. Counselling can be challenging and very emotional. I hear that you feel really stuck, you want it all to stop and you can see no way out.

It is very difficult to offer support with such little information. If you feel able to elaborate on the problems you are having and how and why you feel you are stuck etc we will be in a better position to try and help you.
