Any advice for insomnia?


Keep experiencing very erratic sleeping patterns and it's starting to make me feel quite lonely because I tend to be awake when everyone else is asleep and I go to bed wanting to go to sleep but once I get there it doesn't happen sometimes, it's a pretty much fifty/fifty chance at the minute whether I'm go to sleep or not when my head hits the pillow. Anyone going through a similar thing or have any tips to share?
