Wonky Limbs?

Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with leg length discrepancy (LLD). My physiotherapist has given me a heel in my shoe in order to level my shorter leg out. Now I know this is all good but I'm not sure the problem is LLD. I noticed that the right side of my body is longer than the left in my arms, trunk of my body, hands, feet and legs. My physiotherapist noticed this too but hasn't done anything about it. I'm thinking I could have Hemihypertrophy, a condition in which one side of the body grows more than the other. Should I mention something to my physiotherapist or should I trust his judgement (I'm 100% sure one side is longer though!)? I'm not sure as Hemihypertrophy can lead to many health problems...

Thanks in advance!
