Sore throat every month.

For the past year and a half I have been getting a sore throat (often losing my voice as well) for a week nearly every month.

I have noted for a least the past four months these sore throats seem to coincide with my period. I develop a dry itchy throat, which seems to disappear once my period starts, and then come back worse for a few days after menstruation.

I also can get headaches, and itchy eyes and cough before my period. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi, it could be a lot of things, allergies, long covid, something is probably triggered pre-menstural. Drink lots of cold water for your throat, it should help alleviate some other symptoms like the headaches. Ihope you feel better.
