Breast Surgery elective

Hi. Can someone help me with contact details of Doctors/hospitals in the UK that I can visit for Elective breast removal.

My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 at age 76. All her female siblings and some nieces died of breast or ovarian cancer. Some in their 50s and others in late 40s. Her only brother died of prostate cancer.

My two brothers have been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021 and most recently this year. So as you can see there is a strong cancer gene in my mother's side of the family which seems to have come down to my siblings and I. I had thyroid cancer when I was 23. I am 48.

So I want to take some proactive steps though right now I am having some pains in the breadt and what feels like a bump near the armpit. I have seen my GP who has referred me to the breast consultant.

However I want to have both breast removed including the lymph nodes in the armpits as soon as possible. Afterwards I will also like to remove my womb.

So any suggestions to deal with all the above in the shortest possible time would be appreciated.
