🙂 Most women are familiar with the odd clot of blood during a period. This can be be more common if someone is in Perimenopause and usually not cause for concern. Generally speaking this will probably resolve and your period will be normal next time. But.. if you have excessive pain and blood loss speak to your GP for peace of mind.
