Heavy periods can be very wearing..check with your GP in case you need supplements. Heavy blood loss can be common around the time of Perimenopause.,
I had really bad chest pain which grew worse over the space of about a week to 10 days. I ended going to an urgent care and they did blood test results which revealed my haemoglobin was down to 80 due to my heavy periods.
