Yes and it caused peritonitis and I needed emergency surgery, not fun !
How do u know if need go to emergency I had pin on right side and lower discomfort only thing I can think of is a burst cyst I had one few years ago and said when I had a scan that it was a follicular cyst that burst not sure if it’s that or not what was your symptoms
If you had a ruptured cyst you would know about it, there is immediate extreme pain and possibly internal bleeding, I was admitted to A&E and went straight to theatre for emergency surgery, I was very ill and needed intensive treatment afterwards.
I’ve just had a bout of the same, it was strained muscles.
