soo usually a week before my period starts i get light cramps for maybe like 2 days. but for a week now ive had tender breast, mild cramping in lower stomach & back, white discharge but NO period. my period is now 2 days late. i took 2 pregnancy tests and both came out negative. but now im worried cause my cramps are a lil strong but not painful, my period should be here by now

I am sorry this is worrying you. Most pregnancy test stick are able to detect about week 5 or 6 from the hcg hormone. And it’s faint before this and can produce false negative results. It might just be that your worrying now is delaying it. The mind body connection thing is real and can cause stress to change hormones. I suppose that you are sexually active and that is the cause of the worry about pregnancy. I am a mother and it is amazing and scary and love and a commitment for life that I wouldn’t change for the world. I was single for my first by choice as I felt the farther was not in any shape and he was not wanting to be a part. It was difficult but we were close. I lost her to a texting and driving accident in 2014. I was married for my other pregnancies and I still remember the fears and dreams and hopes each time and how much love I wanted them to have. I have amazing children and wish you had your mom to talk to or a doctor to help you find ways to not go through worry each month but help plan the steps to ensure you the best future. This now can feel like what is going on and the discharge does change during pregnancy but can also change from stress or diet change or a cervical change that only a doctor could determine. I send you love and peaceful thoughts until you can get answers.
