Help Urgently ?!

Before Thatchers cutbacks cutoffs the system found with me that there was disability & genetic low thyroid relating to Dementia ...Provision & assistance was set up provision even though time consuming ,uneconomic not making reasonable sense when primarily genetic ? It was possibly a case of probable [ genetic] dementia care which has not been made accessible on grounds of the mental as security have taken charge undirected & monitored then blaming & punishment by negligence .

When initially & still the problems urosaepsis & pyuria planning & treatment had from Nhs at Research Dept for over 30 years 3 weekly till moved house as originally disability seen & cannot catheterise .This is still happening & causing severe anxiety ass even preventative medications seemed to be in hands of admin not answering phones deregistering .

ps When you are falling breaking shoulder & no Dr wants to know oh dear when the gynaecological infections could relate to genetic cancer that predisposition is not being appropriately managed too ...When ambulances are finding left hand bundle block cardiac & no-one especially is Safeguarding , looking after my best interest what should I do ?
