My joints

I had a knee operation at the age of 15 as I tore the cartilage in my right knee, since then all of my joints have become painful, I’ve been to the doctors several times and got told that “it’s just my life” being the reason they are painful. I keep meaning to make an appointment as they just keep getting worse but I don’t see much point when I keep getting told that there isn’t anything wrong. When clearly there is something not right. At the age of 24 you shouldn’t be having joint problems for no reason...

🤔 Chronic pain is awful, I empathise. A referral to a Rheumatologist could be useful. Rheumatologists treat joint disease similar to orthopedists but do not perform surgeries.

Since you're not getting any help from docs which doesn't surprise me..have you tried Gelatin it has collagen in it, might help replace way you lost. It helps the tissues, sort of like glue. Or look up other natural things like food grade Diatomacious Earth. And what about a different type of doctor like naturopath, functional medicine doctor, chiropractor etc. Research what your joints need & put it back in...also ask for a full blood panel of vitamins & minerals. RBC Magnesium Test not serum. Deficiencies can cause pain.

Good luck 🙏
