Hi everyone hope your all smiling and doing ok? Just a question about sick days and where you stand with your job. I have adenomyosis and possibly endometriosis and I struggle with pain and other symptoms. Since coming back to work from lockdown I have had almost six days sick leave 2 days a month, due to being so ill I cant walk move or anything. My manager is very supportive but I fear that I might lose my job being too ill at times. Have any of you lovely ladies ever experienced this? Looking for advice.

Thank you xxx

🤔 Personal situations, and type of employer can be very variable, it’s a good idea to know your rights.

If you contact ‘The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) you can get reliable advice.
