Mini-pill side effects?

I stared the mini pill in preparation for starting acne treatment in February (obviously everything has now been delayed!). I’ve not really had any problems, a little bit of breakthrough bleeding and my acne is worse. But I’m getting really painful breast. One has always been bigger than the other, but it’s got a little more bigger (it’s noticeable more when wearing a bra) and I’ve got a swelling in that armpit too which hurts at the same time as my breast. I’m going to get it checked out but wondered if anyone else has had this on the pill? I’m a bit worried, but there’s no lumps and I’m not losing weight/lost my appetite or having night sweats or anything concerning.

I thought it was an Ingrowing hair at first but nothing has developed and it’s been a few months. Both my boobs are soooooo sore, I’m having to wear a bra to bed to stop them moving around! I usually got this the week before my period anyway, but the swelling has just worried me a bit. It’s not hugely obvious, I only noticed when I was shaving my armpit and the razor kinda snagged whereas it usually glides over, but there’s no actual lump, it just feels fuller. I had covid 10 weeks ago (thankfully mild) but other than that I’ve not been poorly or had any infections to make me think its my lymph nodes
