Hi there

I'm not a sporty person at all but since I have bad anxiety and I kept reading how exercise really helps I finally decided I had to do something.

In my case I have found that the only time to do it is first thing in the morning because if not there are always other things I have to do. I bought a second hand home exercise bike and some weights. I do 30-40 mins on the bike and then some weight training that I learned from Rebecca-Louise videos os YouTube.

I do this every day, feel like it or not (usually not lol) but after 10-15 mins I feel so much better for it. Now it's just as much part of my life as sleeping or eating.

Hope this helps. If you have sny questions feel free to ask x

Start by going for a walk. My motivation is I try to find as many new. flowers for my bouquet.

I go as far as I can then come back. 2x - 3x a day .

I have several broken bones in my foot from holding my 40 lb puppy Back from running away!

So I’m limited to what I used to do.

I would go swimming but the pools and beaches are closed.

Normally I run, play tennis and bike ride.

Can’t wait to get back to normal.
