Vaginal dryness at 22?

I’m 22 years old and I have endometriosis and PCOS on both my ovaries. For the past year nearly, I have been suffering with a constant itch around the entrance to my vagina. It’s only on the right side and it is in that specific area every single time. It seems to be much worst at night or first thing in the morning and it drives me insane!! I have been to the doctors who claim they can’t see anything, I also have been to a gynaecologist who also have said they can’t see anything, so I don’t know what to do. I have tried gels and balms and creams which I think temporarily ease the itchiness but long term affects aren’t made any better. The skin which is itchy is a little more red but this is the only difference. Is it hormonal? Has anyone experienced something similar? Sorry for the long post but it is really starting to get me down. Just a side note, I have a partner of four years, I have been tested for all STD’s, thrush and BV which I was all clear on.

Thanks x
