Does anybody know what these are?

I get these little bumps on my hands and they appear in the spring time. They hurt when pressure is applied and when I try to pop them, nothing comes out. They irritate me and I know it’s not because my hands are dirty because I wash them a lot 😞

You should not pop them or the more you wash your hands the worse it will make them . Speaking to the gp maybe best .

They look like insect bites, perhaps something that breeds more in the spring?

This looks like excema, or ot least a form of excema, not the common kind. Is it itchy? Try some steroid cream from the chemist. Doctors won’t be much use, in my experience , anyway. Good luck!

Looks like dermatitis. I get them. Use some hydrocortisone cream
