Does arm pit pain happen with having fibroids as I sometimes get sore and sensitive in that area where my fibroid is. I just can’t stop overthinking and having anxiety over it...

You're not overthinking. There are lymph nodes located in your arm pit that could be having a problem. Breast tissue extends towards the arm pit. Breast tissue can also develop cysts, which can cause pain. There is no way to know what is going on without proper imaging. You really need to get a mammogram to get a diagnosis as to what is causing your pain. Is it not customary where you are to have a mammogram every year, especially when you had an ultrasound that showed an abnormality?
