Hi from Canada. I am also new here and 46 years young and am also going through that great change. I believe it started a few years back but I’m still pretty regular monthly. I am having a lot of night sweats and that’s definitely different. And I had the bit of sadness anxiety about future starts looking clearer in the mirror and just the thoughts of what is happening next. I am trying to see it as like the teen years =but a second coming of age kinda thing 💞. Happy to meet you here.

Hey, nice to hear from you. My periods are really irregular have been the last 3/4 times which made me kind of think something was going on because I was always on the day and plus I've been feeling really down and anxious. Kind of been thinking I've been going mad.! But now I've had the test it all makes sense.. I feel sad, relieved, lots of mixed feelings. How are you dealing with it all?

I have older girlfriends that I ask and they had terrible crying spells onset at anxiety attacks and both are taking anti depressants. I am thinking about talking to my GP about maybe taking the kind that actually help blood pressure and anxiety and sad overwhelmed feelings. As of now I try to do hobbies that relax me planting or take the days I feel terrible to try to give myself the okay my body needs this time and relax as much as is giving. Epsom salt baths and a good vitamin are my best things =the magnesium is extra helpful and even throuhh the bath salts it’s absorbed. Plus omega 3 is a good thing for anxiety and to boost feelings. So I am trying to not drink so much coffee and sugar -I have those days but I try to stay mindful in cooking and I have pets and a son that I keep focused grateful thoughts and barely wing it on the days I have to panic. The days leading up to my period the ones that always made me a crazy human make me so anxious and urgent feelings that aren’t really about anything but everything and super on edge. So I find those days and the cramps now almost extra worse.
