Been bed ridden for a while and been lying on mainly on one side. Haven't been able to shave now have half a leg of ingrowning hair. Any ideas how to get rid? Any/all ideas welcome. Pls help drastic situation. I thank you all in advance

Exfoliating first should definitely help soften and get rid of dead skin.
