Am I pregnant?

Hi ladies,

I have been anxious about something and I wanted to hear your thoughts on it. My last period was the last week of January, so I expected to get it during the end of February, but I have still not received it. When my boyfriend and I were having intercourse, we used a condom and he pulled out before finishing. I do not have any of the pregnancy symptoms (yet). Is there anyway I am pregnant? When is it the right time to be concerned?

Thanks.

Hello Megstuff2 .

There's always a faint possibility even when using contraception. But not all late periods mean you are pregnant. Low hormone levels, sudden lifestyle changes even certain medical conditions can cause a pause in your menstrual cycle. The only way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test and even better pay a visit to your gynaecologist just to be careful. I think that's the best way to find out.

Take care.
