The combined pill

Hello everyone! Just a quick question, if anyone has the time to answer it.

Over this past month I have been taking the combined pill, and I’m due to start my 7 day break tomorrow (14th Nov). I’ve never missed a pill, but have often accidentally delayed my pill by two-three hours on some nights due to getting home from work late (I usually take the pill at 6:30pm, but sometimes this can vary, to the latest which I say was around 10pm). My question is, will I be ok, and still at a high chance of my pill working? Also, as this time isn’t great for me, would I be able to move my time forward to 9am? Or would that mess with the effectiveness of the pill?

If anyone could answer these questions, I’d be so grateful! Thank you x

I'd assume that if you're having a 7 day break, it would be fine to shift the time forwards when you start your next cycle. Have you looked at the information leaflet in the packet for information? Maybe keep them in your bag so that you can take it sooner, just in case you forget at 9am.
