I am no expert but I remember hearing about phantom pregnancy before, which is where your body thinks it's pregnant when it's not, so periods stop, you get cravings, you produce milk etc. I don't know what causes it, but because you've stopped the injections recently, it's probably a hormone imbalance!
If you're still producing milk on Monday, see your Dr.
This happened to my daughter and it was a problem with the pituitary gland. However she was initially told that it wasn't uncommon for a woman to produce milk occasionally for no underlying reason. You should see the doctor if it goes on.
This is quite unfortunate that you are suffering so much. Injections like progesterone often could cause these sort of problems and thus, discharge from nipple as well as absent cycle is not uncommon following this injection.
But the true fact is this injection has often a long standing effect and you might have this sort of absent cycle for a prolonged period. Then, if you want now a cycle, you might need some hormonal medications for withdrawal bleeding.
But the fear is it might cause an abrupt onset of migraine as you know, migraine is often precipitated by hormones.
So, I suggest you to wait for normal commencement of cycle and in the meantime, use barrier contraceptives for protection against unwanted pregnancy.
