Hello anil123, 1. Get body analysis done from reliable hospital. 2. Eat healthy breakfast with more of proteins than carbohydrates. 3. Eat organic foods. 4. exercise at least 3-4 times a week by walking for 30 minutes each time. (Walk normally for 20 steps. Fast for 10 steps.) Know your calorie requirement from your body analysis. For example if your BMR is say 1200, your calorie requirement is 1200 x 1.2 if you are sedentary. i.e. you need around 1440 cal per day. Check your intake and create a deficiency. Ensure you eat nutrition dense and low cal foods like bran, brown rice / wheat or whole grains like jawar, bajra etc. Good luck
