am tryng every thing to loose waight bt i cant do any thng proprly so plz suzesst me wat should i do
the most important tool in any weight loss efforts is Perseverance. One mistake all of us do is to aim for instant weight loss and this is the major killer of any weight loss programme. It takes atleast 4 to 6 weeks (depending on the intensity of the efforts and sustained disciplined efforts) for the results to show. Depending on your routine you might start having weight loss or inch loss or both. Normally they say that put in your efforts and don't expect or focus too much on results. This is all the more pertinent when it comes to any weight loss programme. Please do remember that we have taken years and years to accumulate the fat and it cannot be burnt away instantly. So all i can say is that keep putting in the efforts and the results will start showing. Its just a matter of time and so please dont give up buddy. All the best. Cheers.
No weight loss programme is complete with out a planned diet. You have not provided any details about ur current weight and how much u want to lose. First step would be to consult any good dietician and get a diet plan worked out for you considering your body's needs. Combine the diet with atleast 45 minutes of brisk walking ( any thing more than this will be a welcome addition, but this is the bare minimum of physical activity) 4 to 5 times a week and i am sure you will start noticing the results in maximum of 4 weeks time.
one simple thing is to drink hot...as hot as you can take...water. When ever you want to have water, take it in small sips of hot water; the result will be evident with in a month.
Secondly, esp if ur a male, then do light weihts...like lt wt dumb-bells...say 1 - 2 kg...do 40 sets of 3-4 simple exercises at least twice a day....you will see the result for yourself
