Hello my problem Is i dont have time to go gym & because of that Iam putting my weight on help me out
past 3 years Iam doing heavy weight exercise now i don't have time so what to do remain in shape
if u have such problem and like to be in shape without exercising then try visit very renowned dietiecian sheela sherawats clinic! i expereinced her and trust me she's the best!!! its been ayear i have left exercise it was sooo boring..n since then m maintaining as wel as losing weight... must try

i'm no fitness guru, but i have been in the rollercoaster ride of weight management personally. my suggestion would be to squeeze in 20 mins of HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training). to maintain a weight you don't need to do this more than 3 days a week. and ofcourse diet is important. 6 to 7 small meals a day would be great. try to include fruits & salads, smoothies are great energy boosters for the morning. try to keep away from bakery items like cookies and bread. stick to good old rice and chapati. if you need more info let me know. i give it for free!!! good luck and good health.
